What are some of your favourite astronomy books (of any level) ? I enjoy reading about astronomy as much I would enjoy a good sausage... I have a huge library full of astronomy books. They are mainly University textbooks (astrophysics & cosmology) books, but also books for amateur astronomers (books for the night sky, stargazing etc). Many of them are geared towards physics and they are general relativity (i.e Gravitation by Kip Thorne) and black hole books. They are also physical cosmology books like Weinberg's cosmology (one of my favourites). Galactic astronomy books (i.e galaxies: the origin and destiny of our universe). I would say astronomy is a fucking good science with lots of great stuff to read, and I am looking forward to buy even more books.
